Creative Child?
Detailed guidelines for Heritage student participation in the current PTA Reflections Program were provided to all parents in a brochure included in the back-to-school packet. Heritage parents should encourage their children to participate by entering a work of art in one (or more) of the following creative arts areas: Visual Arts, Photography, Literature, Musical Composition, Dance Choreography, and Film Production. Entries are due by 4:00pm,Fri, Oct. 23, 2009. Joe Seiler is the Reflections Program Coordinator, and can be reached at 972-317-2385 or joeseiler@verizon.net. As indicated in the Reflections guidelines, Joe will accept all artwork entries at a table in the Heritage lobby from 3:00-4:00pm on each of the following Fridays: October 2, 9, 16, and 23. Should anyone need a few extra days to complete their entry after Oct. 23, contact Joe to arrange it.
